The angel, said Pope, “does not call her by her earthly name, Mary, but by her divine name, as she had been seen and known by God from the beginning: 'Gratia plena'..., 'Beloved' in the Greek. The Sacred Origines establishes that such a title had never been given to a human being, and that it has no parallel in all of Sacred Scripture.” Also in imitation of the Church Fathers, the Pope used the word aqueductus for Mary. This is what the Lord willed: that the redeeming power of His death and Resurrection should flow into the world through the heart and hands of His Mother.
